Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing their banking needs via telephone, email, and online banking.
- Take ownership of customer issues, providing effective solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve queries and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Assist customers in using digital banking services.
- Accurately capture and update customer information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer-focused environments, especially call centres.
- Ability to provide meaningful and thoughtful responses to customer queries.
- Computer literacy and proficient keyboard skills.
- Ability to listen empathetically and understand customer needs.
Working Conditions:
- 24*7 rotational shifts with week offs.
- Work from Noida Barclays office.
