Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for job openings.
- Ensure the right fit for positions within the organization.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and complete necessary paperwork.
- Introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Provide both technical training and soft skills development.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Develop strategies for recognizing high performers and managing underperformers.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Include salary structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
